The darkness increases and the temperatures shift as our seasons change. Born at this time of year I find myself reflecting on the last few years and how far I have really grown. I am grateful for my family at this time. Although restrictions still hold us, hostage, we are resilient and we continue to slowly move forward with our goals, knowing that healing has the opportunity to strengthen our souls.
