I wanted to clarify why I chose to write these words in this order. Usually you will see the words written Body, Mind and Spirit. My belief is that our soul is birthed into our body when we are conceived (in the action is Love). We start our earthly process in a body, connected to the miracle of life through the creation of the heart, then the DNA, fluids, bones, tendons and tissue. It is our first connection to self. At this stage, even after birth we are connected to God, Creator whatever you call the massive energy of Life itself. It is within the heart, the first visual sign of life, that our spirit resides. Children are very connected to the heavens, these pure spirited beings are love; wise, curious, playful, kind, and trust God in the wholeness of their spirit and light. The body & mind is discovering and remembering through the heart and in the experience. As we age and in the tradition of society, we move away from our knowing and allow intelligence to lead. Here is where I believe we have lost the magic of life. In my practise the heart is the area where true guidance and wisdom comes from. The mind when working with the spiritual heart will lead us to our unique joyful place of being.

Life is truly about love. Somewhere in our lives we created fears. And those fears made us trust less and moved us away from our loving ways. I believe as collective we are trying to find our way back to love. The illusion of freedom, power and control is helping our spirits to awaken in these times. If we can find peace in ourselves then we can truly understand how the Body, Spirit & Mind work together in harmony to cocreate with Creator and find our own personal truth, passion and power our own way home to Joy.
